Laura Bertram

Laura Bertram is the Canadian actress who portrays Donna on ABC's Once Upon a Time.

Biography

Laura Maureen Bertram^[3] was born on September 5, 1978 in Toronto, Ontario, and lives in Vancouver, British Columbia. She has two younger sisters, Heather and Jennifer, who are actresses as well. Laura earned a degree in history from the University of Guelph. In 1997, she worked as ceramics instructor at Kilcoo Camp. As an acting teacher, she instructs students at the Biz Studio in Vancouver.^[2]

Her credits in television include teen drama Ready or Not as Amanda Zimm, horror anthology series Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Seasons of Love, and as Trance Gemini on the science fiction themed Andromeda. She appeared in the movies Night of the Twisters and Dear America: So Far From Home. She was a series regular on the second season of Robson Arms as Chris Colton.^[2]

Trivia

Has a background in singing at the Canadian Children's Opera Chorus.^[2]
